Q:What is your return policy?
A:Item may be returned within 7 days if not as described. Returned item must be in original condition, including box, packaging, tags, bar codes, and all accessories. Buyer pays shipping fees. Holiday specific items are non-returnable after holiday. Clothing items are non-returnable. Upon receipt and inspection the item sale price will be refunded.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:No. All shipping charges are per item ordered.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:It depends on the shipping method you chose. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received unless Express Mail shipping is selected, then items will be shipped the next business day. Typically Standard delivery is within 3-10 business days while Priority Mail is delivered within 2-5 business days and Express Mail is delivered next or second day, depending on zone.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:It varies from item to item. Typically, shipping and handling charges are fixed at $4.99 for Standard, $14.99 for Priority Mail, and $34.99 per item for Express Mail. If an item is of a particularly large size or heavy weight, shipping and handling charges may be higher. The actual charges are listed with each item's listing.

A:We prefer PayPal. We also accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) issued by a US banking institution.
