Terms & Conditions

Shipping
  • We ship items to the US only.
  • Flat-rate shipping & handling (Parcel, Priority, and Express).
  • Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received (sometimes the same day if payment is received early enough) unless Express Mail shipping is selected, then items will be shipped no later than the next business day.
  • We do not offer combined shipping. We may combine multiple items in the same packaging, but shipping charges are per item.
  • We will only ship to shipping address of your Paypal or Credit Card account. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
  • Items will be shipped by the appropriate Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service, Expedited Service, or Express Service, in accordance with the shipping option selected.
  • We ship from deep in the heart of Texas! Delivery time varies depending on shipping method chosen and geographic distance from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service delivery is typically within 3 to 10 business days; Priority Mail delivery is typically within 2 to 5 business days.
Payment
  • Payment is required with every order.
  • PayPal is preferred, but we do accept Credit/Debit Cards - you will be given the option when you check out.
  • We accept U.S. or Canada issued credit cards only.
  • eChecks may be held for up to 7 days.
  • Sales tax (8.25%, including S&H) added to all orders shipped to Texas and Sales tax (8.1%) added to all orders shipped to Nevada.
Terms of Sale
  • Refunds are offered for items that are not as described. Defective items will be offered an exchange or store credit.
  • All items, disputed or defective, must be returned within 7 days of RMA date.
  • It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the returned item.
  • We maintain strict inventory standards. Still, it's possible that we may be unable to ship an item due to depleted inventory. If that happens you will be given the option of a full refund, a substitute item, or store credit. In addition, you will receive 10% off your next order with us as a token of our appreciation.
  • On a rare occasion, it's possible that we have shipped the wrong product. In such cases, simply notify us and we will issue an RMA immediately along with a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the item at OUR expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your correct item will be shipped (at no additional charge to you), along with a coupon for a 10% discount off your next order with us as a token of our appreciation for your patience.
